What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss with you the details of your move: What cities you are moving to and from, the size of your home, do you require packing, is there anything exceptionally heavy, are there any flights of stairs. From there, we determine if you would need a free in-home estimate, or a quote right then and there.
