What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We find out where moving to and from, how many bedroom home it is, if they have anything extremely heavy like a pool table, piano or safe, find out if there are flights of stairs involved. We then determine if they need an in home estimate or an over the phone estimate.

What is your experience, training, and qualifications?

We have all been in the business for many years, some date back to 1980. We all had on the job training. We are forever learning new processes of moving items with the way technology is evolving. We are also licensed, bonded, and insured. You can view all of our credentials here.

What type of customers do you help?

We work with all kinds of customers, from college students to retirees to single parents to the family with four children to the small business to the multi-million dollar business. No job is too big or too small.

What advice would you give to someone who is looking at hiring a moving company?

Make sure they are licensed, insured and bonded. Make sure they have the experience and equipment to do the job. Call well in advance to ensure you get the day you want to move.
